Raccoons are known to be intelligent and cunning, often portrayed in literatures and folklores around the world as the ones playing tricks on and outsmarting others. They are also shapeshifters, and at least for me, there has been countless instances where the humans I was interacting with ended up being a raccoon in disguise.
